Our approach is born out of a combination of forty years of experience in managing multiple types of real estate for a wide variety of clients. We have managed office towers, historic properties, retail properties, industrial/flex facilities, high rise condominiums and apartments. We have focused on providing value enhancement to all of these real estate types through a combination of expense control, comprehensive preventive maintenance, strategic capital improvement programs and excellent customer service.
Too often maintenance and management organizations are driven by the need to sustain the organization and not by the need to determine what is best for their customers. We work with you to determine the best course of action based on your goals, not to protect our fee base. We believe that our enduring success is based upon serving our customer and not ourselves.
Our customer service – All of our staff – from the chief engineer to the cleaning crew, understand that we are in buildings to grow the value of the asset. Our mentality is that of the Asset Manager or Landlord, and we pass that through to our field personnel. We manage your properties as if they were our own.

Appropriate and thorough accounting practices and an understanding of mechanical systems, building operations, and building maintenance are essential.
